After breakfast, Graz “City of Design” awaits you.

With annually returning cultural events Graz established itself as a cultural center of Europe. You can experience the numerous sights on a city tour.

Eggenberg Palace

The baroque Eggenberg Palace built in 1625, with its state rooms and enchanting gardens offers a wonderful experience. It was added to the existing UNESCO World Heritage Site “Graz Old Town” in an extension in 2010 and is considered the most important palace complex in Styria.

Must not be missed during a visit to Graz! In a very short time you can get to the top of the Schlossberg either by Schlossbergbahn, the elevator or on foot, which offers an unforgettable view over the entire city. In addition to several restaurants and the famous clock tower, the casemates are also located on the Schlossberg. Numerous events can be enjoyed here in a very special flair.

Opera Graz

The impressive building, which is located on the Ringstraße very close to Jakominiplatz and thus very easy to reach by public transport, is Austria’s second largest opera house and offers a variety of performances from opera, operetta, musicals and ballet to concerts throughout the year.
